Durwin Glazing absolutely smashed it! From the initial consultation to the final fitting, their service was top-notch. We had them install aluminium double glazing with K glass throughout the house, an internal melamine fire doors, a front steel door with toughened glass, a brilliant blue active lantern skylight, and stunning 10mm stair toughened glass with an internal LED profile light. We couldn't be happier with the results! The aluminium windows are sleek, modern, and have made a noticeable difference to the warmth and quietness of our home. The K glass is brilliant at keeping the heat in, which is a godsend, especially with the unpredictable British weather! The fire door gives us real peace of mind, and the front steel door is not only incredibly secure but also looks fantastic. The toughened glass lets in plenty of light while adding an extra layer of security. The blue active lantern skylight has completely transformed our dining area. It floods the space with natural light and looks absolutely stunning. And the 10mm stair toughened glass with the internal LED profile light? Wow! It's a real showstopper. It adds a touch of modern elegance and makes the stairs a real focal point. The Durwin team were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They turned up on time, worked cleanly and tidily, and were always happy to answer our questions. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and they clearly take pride in their work. The price was competitive, and we feel we've got excellent value for money. We wholeheartedly recommend Durwin Glazing to anyone looking for high-quality windows, doors, and skylights. They've transformed our home, and we're absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Five stars all the way!

Really happy with the porch door I got from Durwain Glazing. I initially gave the wrong dimensions, but they handled it brilliantly—managed to keep the large door size I wanted by making custom side panels to fit, without any delay in delivery. After installation, I requested a change from a thumb lock to a key lock, and they came back to sort it out with no fuss. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The black shiny finish and door design is exactly how I explained it—spot on. Great quality product and a great experience overall.

I've just had a beautiful new heritage style aluminium door fitted by Durwin glazing. From the first enquiry, Jazz in the office was super friendly and efficient, answered all my questions quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The door was replacing a window, so the wall beneath also had to be removed. This meant I wanted to be cautious on the measurements and so Avtar came over to do a quick survey. He was lovely to deal with and took all the measurements and quoted for a couple of other jobs. Within a week of ordering, the custom sized door was installed! The fitters were friendly and polite and when they ran into a few issues with getting the seals in place they stayed late on Saturday to ensure that everything was done. Today I called to say I'd seen some slight damage to one small part of the door and they were over this afternoon to fix it straight away. I am super impressed with the service and quality and it was all for an excellent price. I have already recommended them to a local friend and would do so again without hesitation. Massive thanks to the whole team!
