I’ve just had a beautiful new heritage style aluminium door fitted by Durwin glazing. From the first enquiry, Jazz in the office was super friendly and efficient, answered all my questions quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The door was replacing a window, so the wall beneath also had to be removed. This meant I wanted to be cautious on the measurements and so Avtar came over to do a quick survey. He was lovely to deal with and took all the measurements and quoted for a couple of other jobs. Within a week of ordering, the custom sized door was installed! The fitters were friendly and polite and when they ran into a few issues with getting the seals in place they stayed late on Saturday to ensure that everything was done. Today I called to say I’d seen some slight damage to one small part of the door and they were over this afternoon to fix it straight away. I am super impressed with the service and quality and it was all for an excellent price. I have already recommended them to a local friend and would do so again without hesitation.
